Programs With Purpose
SEAPERCH Foundation creates access to SeaPerch and hands on STEM through team support, student mentorship, outreach, and community focused programs.
Every project we build is designed to remove barriers, grow confidence, and turn student passion into real opportunity.

Student led environmental stewardship through service and action.
Project JellyClean empowers students to care for their waterways and communities through cleanups, service projects, and hands on environmental responsibility. From shoreline work to surface debris removal, students learn that real impact starts close to home.
How it started: Project JellyClean grew from PB & Jellyfish’s Real World Innovation and Community and Outreach project during the 2025 SeaPerch season.
Student led SeaPerch innovation in action for inspection and recovery.
Project JellyResponse empowers students to apply SeaPerch skills to dock and marina inspections, underwater debris removal, and storm response service. Students connect engineering to real community needs through observation, documentation, and action.
How it started: Project JellyResponse was created as PB & Jellyfish’s 2026 SeaPerch Real World Innovation project brought to life through community based action.
Mentorship connections that help teams problem solve and grow together.
Project JellyConnect connects teams with mentors and experienced support for troubleshooting, builds, piloting, and technical reports. When a build manual and YouTube are not enough, JellyConnect provides real guidance from people who have been there.
How it started: Project JellyConnect began when educators asked for engineering help beyond the build manual, and mentorship proved its impact.
Project JellyResponse
Collaboration that strengthens teams through training and shared learning.
Project JellyUnite brings teams together through workshops, templates, datasheets, and shared strategies for data collection, engineering notebooks, and technical reports. It turns shared knowledge into stronger teams and more confident engineers.
How it started: Project JellyUnite formed after we saw teams struggling with documentation and data tracking, and we knew shared training could help.
Helping students reach opportunities that might otherwise feel out of reach.
Project JellyLift supports fundraising, sponsorships, and resource assistance so teams and programs can access much needed tools, materials, training, and meaningful STEM experiences. It helps remove financial barriers so passion can lead.
How it started: Project JellyLift grew from the need to remove barriers, including fundraising campaigns like Deep Dive that help teams go further.
Helping new teams and programs get started and grow with confidence.
Project JellyLaunch supports new SeaPerch teams and STEM programs with guidance, resource sharing, and practical startup support. It helps schools, homeschool groups, and community programs turn interest into lasting opportunity.
How it started: Project JellyLaunch expanded after we helped launch a SeaPerch program at a Title 1 campus and began receiving homeschool and community requests.
