
Whistleblower Policy
SEAPERCH Foundation is committed to ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability. This policy provides a way for individuals to report concerns regarding suspected misconduct, financial impropriety, or violations of law or policy without fear of retaliation.
Reporting a Concern
Reports may be made to any member of the Board of Directors. Reports may be made confidentially and, when appropriate, anonymously.
No Retaliation
SEAPERCH Foundation strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or cooperates in an investigation.
Investigation and Resolution
All reports will be promptly reviewed and investigated by the Board of Directors. Appropriate corrective action will be taken when warranted.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
